The Really Delicious Food Company were looking at a way of selling online as well as managing customers, production, delivery schedules and invoicing.

Solution

X402 have developed a bespoke e-commerce system with online payment/invoice facilities to allow the clients customers to browse all the available menus and palce an order.  The E-commerce website is directly linked to the custom internal CRM system developed by X402.  The CRM is the central hub of information for all of The Really Delicious Food Company business.  The CRM allows staff to manage customer information, view order history, place a new order for a customer, approve orders made through the e-commerce website.  The CRM is also linked to the clients Sage accounts software to allow automatic entry of invoicing and customer information directly from the CRM to Sage.
