The Really Delicious Food Company are one of Scotland's leading business catering companies.

Requirement

In addition to the CRM/Management system and E-Commerce system developed for The Really Delicious Food Company, they wanted to minimise the manual work involved in transferring the information into the company's Sage Line 50 accounts system.

Solution

A desktop application was developed that manages the synchronisation process between the main e-commerce system and Sage Line 50 accounts. The system will run at intervals and transfer all new or updated customer records along with any new invoices or credit notes. This allows for fast updating of Sage with virtually no manual interaction required.
