The UK's leading online restaurant reservation service - operating across the UK and more recently expanding into the international marketplace. 

Requirement

5pm.co.uk approached X402 at start up with the brief to develop their full online restaurant booking service - a service which has now grown to support hundreds of thousands of online transactions. Over the years X402 , operating as 5pm's sole developer, have also continued to extend 5pm's online capabilities with the site now offering restaurant reviews that are written by clients, a dynamic restaurant rating system, an event booking system, online voucher sales and even a restaurant staff recruitment section. More recently X402 were asked to develop a party planning service and are currently in the final stages of setting up a full international franchise system for the company. As well as developing 5pm's consumer facing platforms X402 are involved in all aspects of 5pm's backend systems including online accounting, invoicing, sales reporting, business analysis, database management, hosting and fax and email facilities.
