X402 appoint new chairman

X402 are delighted to announce the appointment of Charles Shaw as Chairman. Charles brings a wealth of business experience having held several PLC Board positions over the period of his corporate business career - latterly as CEO of Invergordon Distillers and prior to that as Group Marketing Director of Whyte & Mackay / Jim Beam Brands. Charles is also currently a Director of Retail Property Development Company - Locate Developments Limited.
