X402 offer two types of hosting, Co-location hosting and Shared hosting.

Co-location Hosting allows for any number of servers to be located within our facility, whether a single server for hosting a website or a cluster of servers for high availibility applications.

Shared Hosting provides server space for individual websites that do not demand their own server to run on. Additional services for shared hosting are available, including database hosting.

X402 actively monitor all hosted websites and servers to ensure that we know about and resolve any problems before your customers are aware.

X402's hosting facilities are located within our hosting partner, Lumison's custom built hosting centre. Our partner's professional hosting facilities ensure that all servers are provided with redundant power supply, battery backup and diesel generators, redundant environmental control systems, inert gas fire suppression, 24x7x365 manned security and internal and external CCTV cameras. With the data line connecting to the Internet backbone via multiple IP transit providers, ensuring the maximum availability of service. Finally, with 24/7 staffing, help is never far away if required.
